Refund policy

Request a return or cancellation in your customer account. EU customers can also use the withdrawal function available in the store footer. You may always send a clear withdrawal statement by email or post.

30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order. Email cozywondershop@gmail.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will provide return instructions. Please keep proof of postage.

For change-of-mind returns, you pay the direct cost of return shipping. We do not charge a restocking fee. For faulty, damaged or incorrect items, contact us promptly so we can arrange an appropriate remedy and cover necessary return costs.

EU right of withdrawal

If you are an EU consumer, you may withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason within 14 days after receiving the goods. Notify us through a clear statement by email or post using the contact details above. You do not need prior approval to exercise this right. Return the goods within 14 days after notifying us.

We will reimburse payments, including any applicable standard delivery charge, within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever is earlier. Refunds use your original payment method without a refund fee.

You may inspect goods as you would in a shop. You are responsible only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is needed to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Additional days 15–30

Our voluntary extended return period applies to unused items returned with their accessories and original packaging. This condition does not restrict your statutory withdrawal rights or rights relating to faulty goods.

Cancellations and faulty goods

Contact us as soon as possible to request cancellation before dispatch. If the order has already shipped, your return and withdrawal rights still apply. Your statutory rights, including the EU legal guarantee for non-conforming goods, remain unaffected by this policy.
