CozyWonder offers free shipping on every order to destinations available at checkout.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery is 5–14 days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by holidays, customs or local delivery delays. Any known delay will be communicated to you.

Some orders may arrive in separate parcels. Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address.

Order changes and delivery issues

If you need to change your address or have not received your order within the estimated delivery period, email cozywondershop@gmail.com with your order number. Address changes are subject to whether the order has already been dispatched.

Any taxes or import charges applicable to your order will be handled as disclosed at checkout and required by law.
