Products and orders

Please review the product description, selected options, quantity and total price before placing an order. Product images are illustrative; colours may appear differently on screens. Any material product details stated on the product page form part of your purchase.

Submitting an order places a purchase order with CozyWonder. We acknowledge receipt by email and confirm acceptance when we send the dispatch confirmation. If an item is unavailable or a material price or description error prevents fulfilment, we will contact you and refund any payment for a cancelled order. These terms do not permit us to change an accepted order without your agreement.

Prices and payment

The applicable currency, total price, taxes and any charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is processed through the payment providers offered at checkout. Do not send payment-card details by email.

Delivery and returns

We offer Free Shipping with estimated delivery of 5–14 days to destinations supported at checkout. Please read our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy, including our 30-day return period and EU withdrawal rights.

Use of the website

Use the website lawfully and provide accurate order and contact information. Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or use its content in a way that infringes another person’s rights.
